Hotels and employers to recruit qualified staff

Educational purposes related to career development
3.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
Content and Communication:
Post harassment, abuse, threats, or discriminatory content
Share sexually explicit, offensive, or defamatory material
Impersonate any person or entity
Spread misinformation or false claims about hotels, employers, or candidates
Spam, advertise, or promote unauthorized services
Solicit or transmit private contact information
Fraudulent Activity:
Falsify qualifications, certifications, or employment history
Submit fake applications or background information
Engage in identity theft or fraud
Manipulate ratings, reviews, or recommendations
Technical Misuse:
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the App
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the App
Bypass security measures or access restrictions
Reverse engineer or decompile the App
Scrape, crawl, or bulk download content from the platform
Interfere with platform servers or functionality
Violation of Laws:
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
Engage in money laundering or financial crimes
Participate in human trafficking or labor exploitation
Facilitate underage employment
3.3 Consequences of Violation
We may, at our sole discretion:
Suspend or terminate your account immediately
Remove your content and applications
Report violations to law enforcement
Pursue legal action and damages
Permanently ban you from using Staffari, a product by JAC Magnus Private Limited
4. Job Applications and Placements
4.1 Application Process
You may submit applications to job postings listed on Staffari, a product by JAC Magnus Private Limited.
Each application is binding and represents your genuine interest.
False or misleading applications may result in account suspension.
Employers will review applications and contact qualified candidates.
4.2 Matching and Communication
Staffari, a product by JAC Magnus Private Limited uses algorithms to match candidates with positions.
We do not guarantee job placements or interview offers.
Employers make independent hiring decisions.
Communication with employers is your responsibility.
We are not liable for rejection or non-selection.
4.3 Employment Agreement
Any employment agreement is between you and the employer, not Staffari, a product by JAC Magnus Private Limited.
Staffari, a product by JAC Magnus Private Limited is a platform; we do not employ users or serve as an employment agency.
You are responsible for negotiating terms, salary, and benefits directly with employers.
Employment disputes must be resolved between you and the employer.

By applying for positions requiring background checks, you consent to verification.
You authorize us to conduct or coordinate background checks with third-party providers.
False information during background checks may result in disqualification.
Results are confidential and used only for hiring purposes.
4.5 No Guarantee of Employment
Staffari, a product by JAC Magnus Private Limited does not guarantee:
Receipt of job applications by employers
Employer review or response to applications
Interview offers or job placements
Salary, benefits, or working conditions
Continued employment after placement
5. Ratings, Reviews, and Feedback
5.1 User-Generated Content
Users may submit reviews, ratings, and feedback about hotels, employers, and positions.
All reviews must be truthful, factual, and based on genuine experience.
Reviews should be relevant and constructive.
5.2 Prohibited Reviews
We will remove reviews that:
Are false, defamatory, or intentionally misleading
Contain threats, harassment, or abusive language
Disclose confidential employer information
Promote discrimination or hate speech
Are spam or off-topic
Violate third-party intellectual property
5.3 Liability for Reviews
You are solely responsible for reviews you post.
We do not endorse or verify user reviews.
Hotels may respond to reviews publicly.
Disputes over review accuracy should be reported to us directly.
We are not liable for damages caused by user reviews.
6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Staffari, a product by JAC Magnus Private Limited—including design, graphics, logos, text, code, and features—is owned by Staffari, a product by JAC Magnus Private Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and patent laws.
You may NOT:
Copy, modify, or adapt Staffari, a product by JAC Magnus Private Limited content
Sell, distribute, or resell Staffari, a product by JAC Magnus Private Limited content
Use Staffari, a product by JAC Magnus Private Limited trademarks without permission

6.3 Third-Party Intellectual Property

7. Payments, Fees, and Refunds
7.1 Free Service
Staffari, a product by JAC Magnus Private Limited is currently offered free for job seekers. Premium features may be introduced in the future with clear pricing disclosure.
7.2 Future Payments
If Staffari, a product by JAC Magnus Private Limited introduces paid features:
Pricing will be clearly displayed before purchase.
You authorize payment through your selected method.
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused services.
Refunds are not available for partially used services.
7.3 Payment Processing

Continuous, uninterrupted service.

8.2 No Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staffari, a product by JAC Magnus Private Limited is not liable for:
Loss of data, income, or employment opportunities.
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Job rejections, workplace discrimination, or employment disputes.

10. Termination and Suspension

10.2 Termination by You

Account deletion is permanent. Your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where legally required to retain it.
10.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
Your access to the App is revoked immediately.
Your applications may be withdrawn from employer consideration.
Your reviews and feedback may remain on the platform.
Your payment data is securely deleted.
Surviving clauses (Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Intellectual Property) remain in effect.
